Apparently so, according to the folks over at IO9. They've got a small list up called Five Major Flaws in Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back (And How To Fix Them).
Suprisingly, almost all of the flaws mentioned on the list can be solved by the simple inclusion of a cage match of some type into the film. Actually, I should say that isn't actually suprising at all. I totally agree with the author's point here.
There is nothing, not a damn thing, on this world that cannot be made better by adding a steel cage match to it. It's true. Name anything, anything at all, and I guarantee you it can be made better by adding a steel cage fight to it.
I'm not joking.
