Game Stop is holding an auritions contest in which people can submit photos or pictures of themselves rocking out to Guitar Hero. You can also vote on the uploaded clips on the page. Winners of the contest will be flown out to LA to meet the makes of the game and will get their likeness converted into a playable character that will be available in the new game.
