Flickr user polywen is the person to thank for the above image of awesomeness. Behold Dr. Manhattan, in all of his naked blue Lego glory.
Polywen also has some other fairly rad pictures up on their account too, including a Lego version of Heath Ledger's Joker and Mr. Freeze in a kickass giant robot suit. You can also see Doc Manhattan's floating blue backside in a recreation of the Watchmen movie poster, if you're into seeing naked blue Lego butts that is.
Seeing this pic though just makes me want to see someone remake the entire Watchmen Movie trailer in Lego form. How awesome would that be? The Nite Owl figure wouldn't be that hard to make either. All you'd have to do is paint a Lego Batman figure brown and give him goggles. How hard could that be? Rorschach would be even easier.

UPDATE: Wait! Nevermind, it's already been done. A quick search of youtube provided the following Lego Watchmen trailer. And I was right, it's pretty bad ass. Sure there's room for improvement here. It could be done better with some better special effects, but somehow the low level effects only seem to add to the charm. I absolutely love how they did the beginning shot of Jon getting vaporized. Play-doh, I love it!!!
