If you're a fan of the Legend of Zelda series at all, or even just a fan of stupid comedy, you need to watch the Legend of Neil. And I'd suggest doing so quickly. Chances are that when Nintendo learns of this series, they'll yank it from the internet faster than you can say Ganondorf.
The Legend of Neil stars...well...Neil, a regular guy who wakes up to find himself in the land of Hyrule. Thanks to the opening credits we find out that he got there by, and I quote:
"The last thing that Neil remembers, he was drunk playing a game of zelda when he whipped out his member and he masturbated to the fairy in the game because she was kinda hot and then he asphyxiated himself with a Nintendo game controller, and that somehow transported him into the game."
I am not making that up. Go see for yourself. The series is astoundingly funny as Neil tries to figure out where he is and begins to adapt to his new surroundings by becoming the hero of Legend.
Parts 1, 2 and 3 are available right now, and part 4 comes out tomorrow. Be sure to check out part 3 to see a cameo by Dr. Horrible's own Felicia Day as a co-dependent fairy who does something entirely wrong to heal link back to full health.
