A little while back, Hasbro announced that they were making a brand new GI Joe cartoon series. But unlike the tons of crappy shows we've seen before like Sigma Six, this series was going to focus on appealing to an older audience, would have a PG-13 rating, and would be written by Warren Ellis.
Footage of this new show was revealed at JoeCon in Texas a while back, and was then shown again at the San Diego Comic Con last month. Unfortunately, the video shown at the cons has yet to make it to the net, but I did some digging today and found some sites that attended the panel at Comic Con and have put up some pics from the new series. The images are character design sketches, so you can get a feel of what the show will look like.
