Yeah, that's right. According to Variety, Warner Brothers is making another live action Scooby Doo. Only this time it's a prequel to the other films, and it's going straight to DVD.
The Straight to DVD bit should tell you already that it's most likely going to suck rather hard. It also mean that I doubt we will be seeing any of the cast from the previous films returning to reprise their roles in the Scooby gang. So if you had any hopes of seeing Sarah Michelle Gellar in a short pink skirt and a push up bra again, you're out of luck. Sorry.
Also, this will air on Cartoon Network next fall. Which makes no sense to me as it's not a cartoon. But whatever. I don't make the news, I just report it.
