Finally, A Debate Worth Watching

 

 

Now this is what I call an interesting debate.  Batman vs. The Penguin. 

 

What suprises me here is that Penguin would actually make a really good politician.  He does an excellent job of taking the facts and totally skewing them out of context to fit his own needs.  He says that he is a person who is only ever surrounded by the law, while Batman is always surrounded by criminals and the dregs of society.  This is true, and if taken at face value sounds really bad for Batman.

 

Of course, the Penguin is only ever surrounded by the law because he's always being arrested.  But that's besides the point.  Politics isn't about facts.  It's about how you interpret the facts to your own ends.
