The Keene Act And You - A Reminder That Superheros Are Evil
Along the same lines as my earlier post about the 1970's style news story about Doctor Manhattan, the makers of the Watchmen film now give us this fun little public safety announcement.
The Keene Act and You is a short public safety film that explains (very briefly briefly) the history of masked superheroes in America and why the Keene Act, which bans all forms of masked adventuring, needed to be passed. It also explains what specifically the Keene Act makes illegal.
It's an entertaining bit of promotional material for the film, and features some cool clips we haven't seen yet. Plus, the bit near the end about the evils of vigilantes and what you should do if you see one is highly entertaining.
